Job summary

Steel Rose Contractors LLC seeks an architect with hands-on experience preparing details, specifications and construction documents for multiple project types in New York.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office is essential; also familiar with 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; a Master’s in Architecture is required for Intern status with OA of Architects; strong communication and collaboration skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing details, specifications and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office.
• Active construction site experience across multiple project types; excellent written and verbal communication; self-driven and collaborative.
