We are growing and seeking a highly experienced Project Architect to lead sophisticated commercial projects.

The Role

This is a senior, production‑focused leadership role.

You will take ownership of projects from Concept through Construction Administration, with strong emphasis on:

• Advanced Revit production
• Code compliance and constructability
• Client and contractor interface

This role requires independent judgment and technical confidence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 7–10+ years of commercial architectural experience
• Advanced daily‑use proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Experience producing full Construction Document sets
• Commercial project experience (multifamily, hospitality, clubs, mixed‑use)
• Strong understanding of Florida Building Code

Licensed architect preferred.
