Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
New Energy Works seeks an experienced architect to lead design of highly customized residential structures using timber frames and distinctive materials. You will work closely with fabrication and construction teams from concept through completion, maintaining client trust and delivering design milestones.
The role emphasizes collaboration, sustainability, and high-performance design while remaining hands-on with project coordination and site collaboration.
At New Energy Works, architects do more than design buildings — they help craft one-of-a-kind homes and structures that blend artistry, engineering, and natural materials into spaces people truly connect with. Unlike traditional firms where architects are separated from the build process, our client-facing architects collaborate directly with skilled timber framers, craftspeople, and construction teams from concept through completion.
This is a rare opportunity to design niche, highly customized residential structures using timber frames and other distinctive materials, while staying closely connected to the hands-on reality of how those spaces come to life. If you’re passionate about meaningful architecture, collaborative problem-solving, and creating structures that stand apart from the ordinary, New Energy Works offers the kind of creative involvement most firms simply can’t match.
