Job summary

SUMMIT DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES, INC. seeks a licensed architect to lead multiple projects from pre-design through the full project lifecycle. Hybrid work environment with travel as required; Colorado licensure is essential for Architect of Record responsibilities in the region.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (Colorado) or eligible for licensure.
• Experience leading design projects from pre-design through life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and generate production of contract documents and deliverables.
• Assist with bidding and contractor solicitation.
• Monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Provide Construction Administration services.
• Lead and manage design projects from pre-design through project life cycle.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and public entities to meet timelines and budget.
• Serve as Architect of Record.
