Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Architecture / Project management (not including school).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed architect, or on the path to licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Professional Integrity.
• Self-motivated with good problem solving skills.
• Must be able to commute to and work in our office in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities

• Client contact and acquisition.
• Create detailed construction documents which clearly define the architectural design.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and alignment with design.
• Collaborate with various team members and engineering consultants.
• Good communication and organization is a must to ensure timely execution.
• Efficient time and project management skills to stay on budget.
• Assist in the creation of project proposals.
• Develop relationships for on-going and future projects.
• Knowledge of local codes.
