Job summary

Arquitectonica is seeking a Project Architect for our West Palm Beach office to lead design, documentation and construction phases on Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality and Mixed Use projects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience, an accredited Architecture degree, strong Revit proficiency, and the ability to contribute across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Professional accredited degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years’ continuous professional working experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience in multifamily and mixed-use projects; office experience is a plus.
• Licensure or ARE progress.

Responsibilities

• Understand architectural design and documentation processes.
• Develop and coordinate presentation and documentation materials.
• Produce construction documents and detail sketches.
• Coordinate with project consultants.
• Ensure compliance with budgets and schedules.
• Construction Administration experience preferred but not required.

Arquitectonica is an award-winning, design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 400+ employees located in eleven offices. Our West Palm Beach office is seeking Architects with 5-8 years’ experience to join our team. Projects include Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality, and Mixed Use/Retail .

As a Project Architect at Arquitectonica, you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design, documentation and construction of our projects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding .

Roles And Responsibilities

• Understand both architectural design and documentation processes
• Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials
• Develop and produce construction documents and detail sketches
• Generate and execute red-lined revisions
• Collaborate and coordinate with project consultants
• Analyze and prepare program, space planning and area calculations
• Work independently and with your team to meet project budgetary and schedule constraints
• Construction Administration experience and capabilities preferred but not required

Minimum Requirements

• Professional accredited degree in Architecture
• 5+ years’ continuous professional working experience
• Proficiency in Revit is required
• Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
• Experience in detailing and construction documentation
• Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects; office experience is a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, motivation to learn
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• Licensure or ARE progress
