Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in healthcare architecture; 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in BIM (Revit), CAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • Architectural Registration and LEED AP certification required; PMP/PSMJ preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements.
  • Excellent communication for client presentations and team collaboration.
  • Experience with Unanet for resource planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of architectural projects from schematic design to construction closeout, ensuring technical accuracy and constructability.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution and design intent.
  • Conduct code reviews and secure approvals from officials.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans to meet deadlines and profitability goals.
  • Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and marketing materials to secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with interior designers and planners to integrate functional and aesthetic elements.
  • Utilize advanced software for design, reporting, and resource planning to optimize workflows.
