Job summary

Arcollab in Athens, GA is seeking an Architect/Architectural Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead design through construction documents and deliver high-quality drawings for modern, adaptive-reuse, and historic projects.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with clients and the internal team, manage projects to schedules and budgets, and contribute to a sustainability-driven studio culture in a vibrant Georgia community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional architecture experience.
• Licensed Architect (preferred but not required).
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and problem-solving ability in addition to high-level graphic communication skills.
• Highly self-sufficient, driven, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with design software (Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite; D5 a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts from concept through construction documents
