With domestic and international projects, CRÈME is focused on work within Hospitality (Hotels, F&B, Branding, and Furniture/FFE Design), Retail, and Residential Design. Based in the vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood, we draw influences from NYC as well as globally. With a range of completed and new compelling projects we are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE Minimum 8 years experience in ground up residential work. Additional experience preferred.
• Experience in high-end interior architecture a plus
• Bachelor of Architecture degree at minimum
• Excellent AutoCAD drafting, and 3D rendering skills (Sketch-up, 3D Max, Etc.) and proficiency with graphics software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Construction documentation experience
• Knowledge of both PC and Mac a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Location in or around the NY Metro Area
