Job summary

Leidos in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Integrated Defensive Cyber System mission. This onsite role requires a BS and 4+ years of experience or a MS with 2+ years, with strong Excel/PowerBI skills for executive reports.

You will help forecast, plan, and analyze variances, track costs, and ensure accurate rosters and budgets while interacting with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS with 4+ years of relevant experience or MS with 2+ years; more years accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI with executive-level reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of program execution, financial forecasting and metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; interact with senior leaders.
• US Citizen and current DoD Secret Clearance is required or active

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for Earned Value Management metrics in proposal and execution phases.
• Identify risks and issues related to staffing, suppliers, schedule, and cost-plus programs.
• Forecast and variance analysis with Leidos finance to support commitments.
• Manage program-related charge numbers, costs, and workflow tracking and compliance.
• Track and report business funds and operational budgets.
• Maintain accurate personnel rosters per function and time-charging.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership for resource allocation decisions.
