UC Santa Barbara seeks a Project Analyst - Supervisor to provide professional contract and project administration for capital projects. You will supervise Project Analysts and guide contract documentation, compliance, and reporting processes across DCS programs.
You will also support the Labor Compliance Officer, oversee payroll compliance, and mentor staff to ensure quality and consistency in project administration across the department.
Pay Rate/Range: The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $94,000.00/yr to $101,700.00/year. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the University. The full salary range for this position is $81,600.00/yr to $147,800.00/year.

The Project Analyst - Supervisor provides professional contract administration and project administration support for DCS capital improvement and deferred maintenance projects, while supervising and providing direction to DCS Project Analysts. The position independently analyzes and administers contractual and project requirements in accordance with University policy, the Public Contract Code, the UC Facilities Manual, and applicable Federal and State requirements. The position provides guidance and recommendations to project management staff regarding contract administration, project documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative processes, and serves as the administrative lead and program management software specialist for DCS. The Project Analyst - Supervisor also supports the Labor Compliance Officer in the administration and oversight of the University's Federal and State-mandated Labor Compliance Programs, including prevailing wage, certified payroll, apprenticeship, and related compliance requirements. The position supervises, trains, and develops Project Analysts to ensure consistent and effective administration of project and contract responsibilities.
