Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is hiring a Project Analyst in Niskayuna, NY. The role requires active US citizenship and DOE/DOD clearance. You will develop and maintain resource and financial schedules in Primavera, monitor progress, and prepare performance metrics for management and customers.

Responsibilities include change control processing, risk analysis, and supporting program management planning. Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI is a plus, with emphasis on technical writing for

Qualifications

Coursework or experience in project management and advanced Excel.
Proficiency in technical writing to support submittals and documentation.
Experience with scheduling software, preferably Primavera.
Experience with financial information management and BI tools like PowerBI.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera.
Track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, monitor progress.
Prepare performance metrics for management and customers; submit reports.
