Job summary

Bowman Consulting is seeking a Project Analyst I in Charlotte, NC to manage administrative aspects of projects, support project managers, and analyze data for performance optimization. The role emphasizes coordination, budgeting, and timely delivery within a collaborative team environment.

You will work across departments, preparing schedules, budgets, and reports while contributing to internal process improvements and client deliverables. Hybrid or remote options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Entry level position; any professional experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management from conception to delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
• Project Management certification or progress towards one is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support principals, PMs, and team leads with planning and executing technical projects, including monitoring schedules, reporting, cost estimates and budgets, and tracking of team activities.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes. Prepare presentations and ongoing status reports.
• Research, monitor, and analyze data to provide insight and recommend actions.
• Assist local management with production schedules and project budgets.
• Assist in responding to RFPs, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and monitor progress for stakeholders.
