Job summary

Design and Production Incorporated (D&P) is seeking a Project Management Administrator to join the AV/TSG team in Lorton, VA. You will support project planning, schedules, and resource plans, help execute projects on time and to spec, and maintain communication with stakeholders.

You will track budgets, drawings, and work orders, and act as a liaison between the Project Manager and clients, contributing to iconic museum exhibits.

Looking to grow your career in project management within the exhibit design, museum, and construction/fabrication world? D&P is hiring a Project Management Administrator to support our AV/TSG (Audio-Visual/Technology Systems Group) team.

This role is a great fit if you have a background or interest in technology, computer systems, or AV — you'll be working alongside our Project Management team on some of the world's most iconic museum exhibits.

We're a world leader in exhibit project management, production, and technology services — building large-scale, highly visited museums for 75+ years. We're part of Chargeurs' global museum studio business, headquartered in Paris.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ideally you'll have...

• Background in technology, computer systems, or AV (this is a plus for AV/TSG focus!).
• Experience in exhibit manufacturing, construction, fabrication, architecture, or design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, and/or ProCore.
