Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cost construction or project engineering.
• Knowledge of construction cost control practices and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track status of cost accruals and pay applications coordinating reviews.
• Identify discrepancies & perform subcontract reconciliation.
• Facilitate Weekly Meetings with the Construction team.
• Provide cost forecasts and manage requisitions and change orders.
