S&ME is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Wilmington, NC office as a full-time operational partner. You will support project managers with proposals, reporting, and data from field and laboratory activities, acting as the hub for communication and coordination across teams.
In this role you will assist with field and office needs, coordinate meetings and onboarding, and help ensure project compliance and timely client information delivery.

As a Project Administrator, you will serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leaders and project teams, assisting in keeping people, projects, and priorities moving forward for project success. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support; this role is a central hub for communication, coordination, and compliance, ensuring leadership teams are well-supported, projects remain on track, and clients receive timely, accurate information. Working closely with the Office Coordinator, Office Principal, field staff, and project managers, your role will support both office and field operations for multiple service lines within the S&ME team. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
