Qualifications

• Erforderlich: Schulabschluss oder gleichwertig.

• Detailgenauigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit.
• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office; SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des Projektmanagers bei administrativen Aufgaben und Berichten.
• Terminplanung koordinieren, SAP-Planungen aktualisieren, Protokolle führen.
• Projektdokumentation pflegen, Transmittals/Warranty Letters erstellen.
• Auftragsstatus verfolgen und SAP-Daten eingeben.
• Unterstützung bei Projektabschluss und Ressourcenplanung.
