Job summary

Orano USA is seeking a Project Administrator for Project IKE in Oak Ridge, TN. You will support project management with document control, scheduling, and coordination across teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a BA in a business discipline and 3–5 years coordinating complex, regulated projects, with EPC experience and familiarity with PM software and information systems.

Qualifications

  • BA in a business-related discipline; business administration, project management, human resources or equivalent degree program (extensive project administration experience in lieu of degree will be considered)
  • Must have 3–5 years of experience coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary, schedule-driven, and highly regulated projects in engineering, construction, industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project teams.
  • Experience with information management systems and project management software.
  • Experience working directly with cross-functional engineering teams and project engineers in a quality assurance environment.
  • Strong team skills and the ability to organize across different departments.
  • Other assigned duties and tasks.

  • Facilitate clear communication among management, project teams, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
  • Manage version control and electronic document repositories; support records management.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports and project metrics to leadership.
  • Support onboarding of new project team members and maintain organizational charts and contact info.
  • Coordinate, plan, track and execute training for project employees.
  • Support management in achieving project needs, goals and expectations.
  • Perform special assignments and other duties related to the project.

Overview

Orano USA is seeking a Project Administrator to provide critical administrative and coordination support for Project IKE. As the Project Administrator, you will apply advanced organizational and communication skills to maintain multiple day-to-day administrative priorities in a fast-paced project environment. The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting Project IKE management in areas of document control, planning, executing, and monitoring project activity. You'll also assist the project managers in organizing and tracking information and tasks...and be at the forefront of building one of the most advanced clean energy infrastructures in the country.

Responsibilities

Profil souhaité
