Job summary

Commonwealth Blinds & Shades seeks a detail-oriented Project Administrator to manage core administrative workflows for assigned projects, including pricing, submittals, budgeting, and ordering under the direction of leadership.

You will prepare pricing, place orders, maintain logging and budgeting documentation, and coordinate with Estimating, Project Management, and vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or data-entry experience (construction a plus).
  • Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
  • Organized, accurate, and comfortable following structured processes.
  • Effective written communication.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

The Project Administrator executes the core administrative workflows for assigned projects. A core responsibility of the role is pricing, submittals, budgeting, and ordering while ensuring accuracy and timeliness under the direction of the Vice President and/or Project Administration Manager.

  • This position is classified as non-exempt under applicable federal and state wage and hour laws and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.
