ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Project Management team in Cranberry Township. You will perform multiple project tasks, coordinate resources, and help ensure schedules and budgets are maintained.
You will mentor junior staff, attend project meetings, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and strong service. Strong MS Office skills and multi-tasking are essential.
The Project Administrator provides support to the Project Management team by performing multiple tasks on a project as assigned by their supervisor. Depending on the project and the Project Administrator's abilities, they will take an increasing role and responsibility for the project. Project Administrators
should be efficient in their work with supervision. Become more aware of responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines. Reaches out to the supervisor when overloaded or does not have enough workload. Present a positive customer and employee service attitude and understanding of ECS Core Values.
