As a Project Administrative Assistant on our team in Richmond, VA, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You’ll be accountable for a host of activities including reporting, document creation and editing, and coordinating meetings. You’ll also support the safety team maintaining and tracking databases, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels – both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives.

The base salary range for this position is $49,100.00 to $80,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
