Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks an experienced administrative professional to support the Program Director, Construction Director, Project Manager, and project team within our Life Sciences Group.
You will keep project operations organized, efficient, and aligned with client expectations. Responsibilities include meeting coordination, minute-taking, document preparation, and PowerPoint support, with daily tasks supporting leadership and onsite logistics.

The base salary range for this position is $52,800.00 to $90,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
