Mortenson is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to support a diverse team with confidential, professional handling of administrative tasks. The role requires independent work, flexibility, and proactive service across staff at all levels.
The candidate should have an associate degree or related administrative experience, 3+ years of admin experience, and strong MS Office skills. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a base pay range with location-based adjustments.
Mortenson is currently seeking Project Administrative Assistant with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an ability to work independently or with little supervision.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
The base pay range for this role is $51,000 - $68,900. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
