DPR Construction is seeking a Project Accountant in San Francisco to lead project accounting activities and support daily financial management for assigned projects.

You will monitor budgets, costs, and billings; prepare financial reports; and work with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies. This role emphasizes collaboration and process improvement across the business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project accounting or related field.
• CCIFP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates project accounting activities within the business unit.
• Processes and reviews project-related owner invoices, costs, and payments.
• Reviews project budgets, costs, and billings for accuracy.
• Prepares and reviews project financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Collaborates with project managers to resolve accounting issues.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
