Qualifications

Experience with project accounting and cost reporting preferred.
Strong reconciling and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Reconciling project-related financial transactions and interdepartmental charges.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reconciliations of project accounts.
Investigate discrepancies between budgets, actuals, and systems.
Maintain detailed reconciliation records for audit purposes.
Collaborate with project managers to align financial data with milestones.
Monitor project budgets to ensure funds are available for purchases and payroll.
Prepare and analyze project cost reports and variances.
