Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Project Accountant to lead on-site financial services for projects, including billing, WIP reporting, subcontractor payments, and cash reporting. This role serves as a consulting partner to Project Managers and may work from the main office or at a construction site.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level knowledge not required if experience supports.
• Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly progress billings and postings.
• Review budgets and changes via change orders.
• Prepare cash position and projections.
• Audit billings and subcontractor progress payments.
• Support cost at completion analyses.
