Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to learn construction management and payment software.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manages contracts, amendments, insurance, and project files.
• Reviews requisitions and lien waivers for timeliness and accuracy.
• Develops project forecasts and aligns with client reporting needs.
• Runs monthly forecast meetings and tracks ETCs for labor and expenses.
• Oversees accounts receivable and payables for projects.
• Manages project closeout processes and audits as needed.
• Maintains professional relationships with internal/external teams.
• Supports development of contract abstracts and processes.
• Reviews WIP and explains variances and balances.
