Qualifications

• Experience in finance or accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
• Knowledge of equipment and service procurement is a plus
• Understanding of financial practices, principles, and processes (GAAP)

Responsibilities

• Support capital projects and client engagements with project finances.
• Act as financial gatekeeper for project revenues, costs and margins.
• Provide project finance oversight, analysis, and forecasting per GAAP.
• Prepare and issue client invoices; coordinate with clients and AR for collection.
• Track labor and expenses; monitor budget variances and recommend actions.
• Assist month-end close and provide KPI trend analysis.
