Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in project-based environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Deltek a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review project setups for new projects and understand active ones.
• Monitor financial risks, cash positions, and unapproved change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and executives to monitor performance.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation, and percent-complete updates.
• Assist with month-end close, WIP, and billed in advance reporting.
