Jobot is seeking a dynamic Project Accountant to join its rapidly growing construction team in South Florida. This permanent, on-site role reports to senior management and requires hands-on financial leadership from project inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting while collaborating with project managers and finance teams. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential to deliver accurate reporting and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, with a commitment to upholding company values and ethical standards.

Responsibilities
