Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant for our Ambler, PA office. You will support project financial administration, ensure accurate invoicing, and provide timely project reporting. You will work with Project Managers, Finance, subcontractors and clients to maintain financial accuracy across active projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project accounting experience, including contracts administration and billing.
• Experience in administration/billing of professional services contracts is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly client invoice packages, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support cash flow.
• Support contract administration tasks and track contract changes.
• Maintain SAP project data and provide project reporting and cost controls.
