Collaborating closely with various managers and teams, you’ll ensure financial data integrity while resolving any discrepancies. You're Good At

• Reviewing and processing supplier invoices efficiently
• Managing timely client billings and final invoice issuance
• Ensuring compliance with client expense regulations
• Reconciling attendee expense reimbursements and credit card transactions
• Tracking and collecting commissions from various suppliers
  

You Might Also Have

• A background in accounts payable or receivable and client billing
• A Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SAP experience is a bonus!)
• Previous experience in the travel or hotel industry
• Familiarity with the Life Science industry

You Should Know

• This is a virtual position that operates in the Eastern Time Zone
• There is minimal travel required for this role.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Accountant is between $55,000 - $68,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget .
