Stratus is seeking a Project Accountant to manage financial performance across projects from setup to closeout. You will collaborate with Project Managers/Controllers to ensure contracts are followed, budgets are controlled, and revenue recognition complies with GAAP/ASC 606.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of project accounting experience in professional services, familiarity with Deltek Vision/VantagePoint, Oracle, or Procore, and strong Excel skills for analytics and reporting.

The Project Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial performance of projects throughout their lifecycle. This role partners closely with Project Managers/Project Controllers to ensure that projects are properly set up, accurately tracked, and closed in compliance with company policies and client contractual requirements. The Project Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining financial integrity by supporting project setup, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, reporting, and closeout activities.
