Job summary

CFS in the United States is seeking a Project Accountant to support multi-phase development projects. You’ll partner with project managers, development leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and clarity throughout each project’s lifecycle.

The role offers Hybrid Flexibility: work from home 2 days per week after a training period, with growth opportunities, collaboration across finance, development and operations, and a stable track record in community

Qualifications

• Experience with project accounting, preferably in real estate, construction, or development.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and reports.

Salary: $65,000-$75,000
