Job summary

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a Project Accountant/Development Accountant in Houston to support accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial development projects. You will work closely with development, finance, and accounting teams to ensure accurate project-level financials throughout the development lifecycle, in an in-office, full-time role.

• Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or other real estate accounting software is a plus.

• Track development costs, budgets, commitments, and project cash flow.
• Review invoices, contracts, and construction-related expenses for accuracy and proper coding.

• Work closely with development managers, lenders, vendors, and internal finance teams.
• Support audits, lender reporting, and other project-related financial requests.
