Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Project Accountant to manage project finances and monthly billing on-site. You’ll collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets, identify savings, and ensure compliance with AP and tax obligations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 3–5 years of accounting experience, plus strong Excel and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

• Manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300.
• Partner with project managers to track budgets, analyze risks, and spot savings.
• Handle vendor compliance, accounts payable, and sales/use tax.

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
