Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a Project Accountant to support a growing construction leadership team.

You will manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300 and collaborate with project managers to track budgets and risks. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of accounting experience, plus strong problem solving and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required (MUST).
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent verbal communication.
