• Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, including job costing, billing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data management.
