Job summary

Jobs That Are Left is seeking an Operations Associate to be the on-the-ground eyes for the operations team in the Greater Philadelphia area, coordinating supply delivery, events, and strategic logistics.

You must reside in Philadelphia or the collar counties, own a car and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $25 per hour and includes PTO, health benefits, a travel stipend and a technology stipend.

Qualifications

• Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to coordinate logistics and events.
• Capable of balancing priorities and adapting to changing directives.

Responsibilities

• Be the main operations contact for seven college organizing teams.
• Provide logistical support at organizational events across Philadelphia and collar counties.
• Inventory and distribute supplies.
• Coordinate staff travel and logistics (hotel, flight, car, per diem).
• Assist with voter registration efforts during mobilization periods.

In 2026, young Pennsylvanians will have the opportunity to elect a Governor, who will be instrumental in standing up to a government that has constantly overlooked the youth. At an estimated 793,555 registered voters across the state, Gen-Z has the power to determine the outcomes of these elections - but only if we get organized now.

What Will You Do?

The Operations Associate will be the on-the-ground eyes-and-ears for the operations team in the Greater Philadelphia area. This includes running point on supply delivery, event coordination, and strategic logistical insight.

Responsibilities

• Be the main operations contact for seven college organizing teams
• Provide logistical support at organizational events at universities throughout Philadelphia and the collar counties (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester)
• Inventory and distribute supplies
• Help coordinate staff travel and logistics, including hotel, flight, car, and per diem requests

Other Responsibilities As Assigned By The Operations Director

The Operations Associate should also be prepared to periodically provide assistance to the organizing teams' Voter Registration efforts.

Requirements

• The Operations Associate will report to the Operations Director
• Must reside in Philadelphia or one of the collar counties (Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester)
• Must have a car and a driver's license
• Compensation for this role is $25 per hour and includes PTO, health benefits, a travel stipend and a technology stipend.
• During key mobilization periods, staff will observe PTO blackout dates.
  • The month of August
  • 10 days before a Voter Registration Deadline
  • 10 days before a General or Primary election
