Responsibilities

• Set up stamping presses, dies, feed lines, and tooling.
• Perform die changeovers and setup adjustments.
• Optimize machine performance and production quality.
• Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support efficient production runs.
• Diagnose and resolve tooling, press, material, and production issues.
• Work closely with operators, toolmakers, and management.
• Help improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

Stamping Press Operations & Setup

• Set up stamping presses, dies, feed lines, and tooling
• Perform die changeovers and setup adjustments
• Optimize machine performance and production quality
• Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met
• Support efficient production runs

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

• Diagnose and resolve tooling, press, material, and production issues
• Work closely with operators, toolmakers, and management
• Help improve processes, efficiency, and quality
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Tooling & Technical Development

For those interested in expanding their skills:

• Die maintenance and repair
• Surface grinding
• Milling
