Job summary

Gromax is seeking a versatile Manufacturing Jack-of-All-Trades in Germantown, WI, 1st shift. The role involves reviewing drawings, developing manufacturing plans and estimates, and coordinating materials and vendors to keep production on track.

Ideal candidates will have strong blueprint-reading skills, solid understanding of machining processes, and a proactive, organized mindset. Experience in machining, tooling, engineering, planning, or estimating is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and understand customer requirements.
• Develop manufacturing plans and job estimates for projects.
• Coordinate materials, vendors and outside services to meet schedule.
• Support production scheduling and project execution with cross-functional teams.
• Identify problems before they impact production and communicate solutions.
