Job summary

The Black Women's Mental Health Institute seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a specialized pulmonary progressive care unit, addressing acute conditions such as lung transplants and ventilator support. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective rehabilitation and discharge planning.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, individualized care planning, patient and family education, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities.
