Position Overview

This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a specialized pulmonary progressive care unit, focusing on patients with acute conditions such as lung transplants, pulmonary hypertension, and ventilator dependence. The nurse collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, assess physical and psychosocial needs, and educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.

• Promote patient and family-centered care, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Develop, execute, and document personalized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cultural needs, addressing barriers to care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred.
