LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality care in a specialized pulmonary progressive care unit. You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to create and execute individualized care plans for patients with acute respiratory conditions.

The role emphasizes patient- and family-education for post-discharge management, safety and quality initiatives, and professional development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid RN license; no prior experience required, but 2+ years of experience is preferred.
• Ability to work safely, demonstrate critical thinking, and collaborate effectively.

• Deliver patient-centered care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, medication, and home care needs.

This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a specialized pulmonary progressive care unit, focusing on patients with acute respiratory conditions such as lung transplants, pulmonary hypertension, and ventilator support. The RN will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice nurses, and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, assess physical and psychosocial needs, and educate patients and families for post-discharge management.
