Qualifications

• 10 years verifiable experience setting up and operating multi-die progressive headers.
• Ability to design/modify tooling for target product outcomes.
• Follow blueprints and process instructions exactly.
• Accurate data entry into a data collection system.
• Proficient with inspection tools and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Review job travelers and part drawings to determine setup, tooling, and specs.
• Set up and operate multi-die progressive header equipment to blueprint tolerances.
• Diagnose and correct out-of-spec conditions via process adjustments.
• Hit production throughput goals and quality targets with in-process inspection.
• Manage tooling inventory and coordinate timely reorders.
• Complete production documentation including downtime, scrap, and yield.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize machine uptime.
• Maintain a 6S-organized workspace and follow safety standards.
