Do you love turning complex prints into flawless bends? Are you the go-to person when a setup must run right, right away? Join us as a senior press brake expert who safeguards quality from first piece to final run and lifts the skills of the entire team.
Your mission
- Own end-to-end CNC press brake setups: programming, tooling selection, and optimization
- Digest intricate blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions with ease
- Calculate bend allowances and refine setups for accuracy and throughput
- Confirm specs using precision gauges and keen visual inspections
- Stage materials, complete clear job documentation, and keep schedules on track
- Train and mentor Level I/II operators; model safe, reliable methods
- Maintain a neat, safe, and audit-ready workspace
What success looks like
- First-pass approvals with consistent part-to-part repeatability
- Independent troubleshooting of forming issues and root-cause fixes
- Strong communication with production to meet delivery goals
Background we value

- 5+ years in metal fabrication or related manufacturing preferred (more is even better)
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Compensation and location
Pay Range: $28–$45/hr
