Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience with telemetry and IV medication administration preferred.
• Ability to respond rapidly to changing patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous assessments of PCU patients.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to alarms.
• Administer IV medications as prescribed.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans.
• Champion safety and evidence-based practice in a compassionate, community-focused setting.
