Job summary

MercyOne Clinton Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. This PRN position offers 12-hour shifts and rotating day/night coverage to support our acute medical and surgical units.

As an RN, you will provide safe, evidence-based care, collaborate with the care team, and uphold MercyOne’s mission and values while delivering compassionate patient-centered care in a Catholic, not-for-profit community health system.

Qualifications

• Assess patient condition and develop care plans.
• Implement and evaluate outcome-based care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses and other team members.
• Monitor telemetry when applicable and ensure patient safety.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
