Job summary

Trinity Health seeks an RN for the RN Progressive Care Unit Nights. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM and a new RN rate. Relocation incentive eligible and a generous Night Shift Differential are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license or compact license.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred for night shift.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care; ensure patient comfort.
• Practice safe patient handling techniques.
• Evaluate assigned patients and provide ongoing treatment.
• Address educational and emotional needs of patients and families.
• Guide and direct healthcare personnel in caring for patients.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment setup and usage; monitor alarms.
