Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; report changes.
• Perform procedures or functions as ordered by provider.
• Document care in patient medical record accurately and timely.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain knowledge of meds, procedures and equipment for cardiac/medical-surgical care.
